The first LV item I've ordered off the site was a couple weeks ago-- the reverse monogram cardholder.
The day it arrived, I noticed an issue with glazing so I initiated an exchange and dropped off the package at UPS on the same day. I had to ask for a receipt and the UPS guy told me it would be picked up the next day, 9/3.
Well, 8 days later and the tracking still says "dropped off." It never got picked up or scanned again according to the tracking info.
I called UPS and LV to start an investigation, but they said it could take up to 14 business days and I called that UPS store and the clerk sounded rude and just told me it was picked up Friday, which I think is a lie.
Has anyone had any similar experiences? I am hoping that my return receipt is enough proof for LV to send me another one if the package is still lost after 14 days... but they couldn't tell me much on the phone. I'm worried that the UPS clerk or someone there may have stolen the package.. I don't see any other likely scenarios. Anyways, sorry for the long vent.. Trying to stay hopeful..
