I Ruined my one and only Coach bag:(

I was trying to wipe the pen mark on this bag...So I grabbed a baby wipes and rubbed it all over my bag but the spot where the pen mark is turn into this color and I'm so bummed out...I.was so upset to my self...I was even planning to use more out of it but now I 'm not sure if I can use this..I'm very picky..I purchase this probablly 5-7 months ago do you think they will let me exchange or send for repair? Any ideas? Guys please help.

I did this too...and panicked too...use some coach leather cleaner on it and then leave it alone for a few days. There will be a spot at first and then it will fade.

Next time you get a pen mark, try a white vinyl eraser first...they work miracles. As for this wipe and ink stain, maybe you can try a tiny dab of dish detergent and water on a damp cloth to try and give it a spot wash?

I truly don't mean to be rude, but why would Coach let you exchange something that you damaged? I don't think they can repair it, because that whole panel of leather would probably need to be replaced.
