HELLO! This is the one I painted last night.
Not finished yet because I don't like the balance of letters.... (Or I will leave them as they are...It is not easy to draw on quilted leather)

Hi, I want to show you my painted purse.
It was a non-brand (It has a label inside, but I have never heard about the brand's name and failed to google it) H's Kelly typed green purse, made in Italy.
I bought it at the thrift shop in Japan, and had been using it often until several scratches ruined the leather.
So, I decided to paint on the bag to cover the scratches! and for fun.
I painted with 'shoe paints' and tool brushes.
The shoe paints turned glossy after dried up without varnish and smell little bit nastier than acrylic paints, I will try Angelus paints next time.
Amazing job! You've totally transformed those pieces, they went from basic and quite boring straight to art.Hi. Happy to see this forum. Just wanna share a couple of my painted bags. I'm not professional on this one but it's one of my hobbies. I'm currently working on a new piece so will post that when it's all done. Thanks xx
