I just received Little Curtis in Grace Blue from last week's sale. I love the color and the style (I have one in Black as well) but this one's leather is less than perfect. It has very big pebbles and wrinkled leather.. The front looks worse than back. Is there a hope that the wrinkles will smooth out with time?

I have been hunting for this bag in this color for several months now and I feel little disappointed with the leather quality but if I send it back, what are the chances for me to find it again

I need your opinions. Does it look too bad? Would it bother you? Would you keep it or return it? Thanks

I don't own any Kate Spade Bags, I do own a lot of leather bags. I would return it. You run the chance of getting another one the same, worst or better. If you are willing to take the chance. I have a Coach bag. In one corner the leather os like that. I know leather is all different but you should not have to settle for a bag you are not 100% happy with. I mean unless it was a good deal.

Ooh. I would definitely return that. Even for a good price. Just every time I used it, I would be thinking -- ugh, the pebbles are too big! Why is it so wrinkled? And that would just suck the joy out of carrying it.

Thank You ladies, you both are absolutely correct. If I'm not totally happy with it then it doesn't matter if I got it even for free. There will be no joy carrying it. That little bag looks cute but miserable with poor leather and shall go back to KS.

I would totally try to return it! That would bug me..definitely if you got it like that new. Especially when you spend so much (even with a good deal on the sale :smile1:)
