I need Tacori info..

I am thinking of buying a tacori setting used. I need some info on how the paperwork/warranty works with this company.

I am interested in http://www.tacori.com/mm5/multi_view.php?styleNo=HT2299 which is currently a size 7 in plat and holds a 1ct stone ~ 6.5mm.

I need it to be a 5.75 and hold a 5.8/5.9mm stone. If i were to purchase this second hand will i be able to send it to tacori to get sized/set? or will i have to use an outside source since i am not the original purchaser?

Please, any info would be great!

I would print this info out and go to your local jeweler (if he is a good jeweler) and ask them.

My understanding is that you wont' be able to get this setting to fit another sized diamond easily without changing the look of the setting in some way. I think you can have the ring set either with an "air line" around your diamond or the extra space can be filled in with metal to give it a bezel look.
