If you file a claim on paypal do you also file a charge back on your credit card? I called paypal and they told me that is either your credit or let the paypal handle it. If I file a charge back on credit card, then my claim on paypal will be close. Please advise me on what to do????

Yes, you cannot do both at the same time. You can file with your credit card after, if you cannot resolve it through Paypal or you can go to your credit card now, but your Paypal claim will be closed.

I would try paypal first, you have more time with CC so that can wait a while...

Thank you guys for answering my question. I have been stressing out for last couple days on this fraudulent ebay auction that I have encounter lately. I don't believe there are so many scumback out there on ebay now a days.
