I must say, I am impressed......

I don't get LV sometimes.:confused1: For what we are paying for our bags they should be treating us like celebs. :drinkup: Not getting keys and locks and DBs and boxs.:cursing: :censor: that. They should have a hotline where you can report bad customer service. :busted At least the SAs at LV are nicer than the SAs at :devil: Gucci.:death: If so many people are having bad LV SA expiriences, the company needs to look/reevaluate how it hires and trains its employees.:confused1:
