I saw this bag at the boutique -- it's really soft and smooshy - completely boho looking. LOTS and LOTS of long fringe -- the bag itself is like a raw leather (or suede?) and then it's got the finished leather woven over it - I loved the bag, but not the fringe (it's too bad they didn't make a version w/o the fringe!)

I agree, in my ideal world there would be a little fringe at the zipper and that's it .
