I bought a pair of diamond cluster earrings with la pousette backs. I then had the ear posts shortened so I can just put the backs at the end of the posts (not pushed up against my ear lobes).
They are so so comfortable as there is nothing poking at me in the back. And the la pousette is suppose to be even more secure than screwbacks.
