^At the boutique I go to, all of the SA's are very nice and helpful with the exception of this one SA. She's really tall, skinny and looks like a model and acts snooty as hell.

ita: my DH goes into Gucci, LV and Burberry the sales associates are breaking their necks to assist him. However, the Gucci sales associates are very kind we use the same assoicate even if the handbag has to get shipped to Chicago she's in Cali.

I was afraid too but I always carried Coach signature fabric bags for years and if I rotated them, they didn't get that dirty or frayed at all. I think Gucci fabric is better quality. I'd get the bag, it's a nice change from coated canvas and it's so soft.
