hmm i'd think if you returned a out of a season bag with a tag they give you what its worth.. and not full price.. i never knew u could return without a receipt.. that sounds like a really stupid return policy.. i dont really like that idea.

My Coach Store manager has taken back bags from me. I keep the receipt and the tags on. If I don't use it she doesn't mind since I always just exchange them anyway. And...she always gives me full price. Maybe this is because I always buy from this store. I would NEVER buy something from a dept. store or eBay and try to return it to the store. FOR ME, that is unethical. I have built a great relationship with my local Coach Store and would not want to ruin that.
