I am ready to make my first Chanel purchase and I saw a Boy Bag on the site that I want so badly!!

I called Chanel but after 15 minutes on hold, gave up.

No one is selling this bag online… so is my only option to go to a Chanel boutique?

Yes, Chanel does not sell online. Only Beauty & Sunglasses. You will have to go to a boutique for your first purchase as they will not ship without a history. After that you can always check the stock thread and if you see something you want DM the poster to find out Sa/Store info.

The Stock thread is at the top of the this section. Near the above linked thread in @880 's post, you can use that thread for putting requests to see if anyone has seen what you are looking for. Stock thread is things send by a members SA'sand they can share information with you via PM. @nat74 is our superstar and extremely friendly and helpful.

Chances of it being in stock at your local depend if it's current season, super popular etc. Doesn't hurt to connect to a local SA who can keep you updated on things.
