I just ordered the Clarisonic Opal!

Does anyone own this and have issues with it charging? I love my Opal and have used it for two years and I think I overcharged it last night and now it won't turn on!

I Googled around a bit but I didn't find anything useful. I am going to try Youtube and call them if I have to. I think it's an ace product.

Alas! As I get older my eyes are getting more puffy like my mom's. :pout:I know it's probably just in the cards for me, but I'd still like to do whatever I can.

I've heard the Opal can reduce puffiness. Has anyone been using this for a while and had good results without any negative issues? I'm a bit worried about thinning the skin there over time so I'd love to hear from people who have been using it for many months or, hopefully, even years. What's your experience with it?
