I it possible to have part of the rose gold limited edition hw replaced on my classic flap?

So last night I dropped my bag on the floor, part of the hw on top of the turn lock is chipped and of course it bothers me soo much...

I bought the bag online at VC, since buying bags in store has become too much of a hassle for me, so it also means I no longer have an SA.
Does anyone know if I could just walk into a boutique and ask them to send my bag to Paris to replace part of the hardware.

It was th rose gold limited edition hw of (I think) fall 2021...

So sorry you chipped your bag. You can walk into any Chanel boutique to have a repair consultation and if possible have them send it to Chanel. You don’t need an SA. I don’t know exactly if they have replacement parts, which makes me wonder since I have a rosegold reissue from 2021. I have sent two bags to repair; from what I remember, it took 12-16 weeks to get back.

12-16 months is really a long time though...

The worst that happens is they say it can't be fixed. IF that happens, you might try Leather Surgeons to see if they can help. Several years ago the Dallas Boutique sent a bag to Paris for me, it came back, with no repair done. (After several months of waiting) I sent it to leather surgeons and they repaired it. Made me wish that I had just bypassed the boutique.
