I just called the store to ask if they have some earrings available and the lady on the phone said "I know you! we met before".

She is very nice. Not pushy at all.
And the most important is: she is patient! I tried my two bean sizes again and again and again and again.
:D

Maybe shw also remembered me, because I am the customer who orders all the stuff that is NOT available, contrary to other customers who buy what they see.

yesterday when I went there, she was on her lunch break, but her colleague was almost even better! Maybe they are all great except "the one" (the one you just can't stand).

What I really love is patience. And a nice smile. :-)

I have a fave SA at Cartier, and I have "the one" SA at Cartier as well. "The one" is just terrible, and doesn't have a warm personality.
I know that working retail is hard... I work at Starbucks, and I would like to think that I get some pretty difficult people, yet I do my best to be the best that I can be.
I find it funny how people working these nice jewelry shops can be rude. How thye can keep their job is beyond me.

I like having an SA. I have one at the Tiffanys in South Jersey. Funny eh? I need one for the Tiffanys in New York!

But most of them are really nice and send emails.
