I Hate Fedex! I want my exchange

So as most of you know I'm exhanging my non metallic anthracite for the mousse paddy. I emailed LVR letting them know and asking if they could set aside a mousse for me as my return is on its way. they emailed me back stating I could exchange but didn't mention holding a bag for me. I sent the bag March 10th and now..its stuck in italy Today was the expected delivery date but its not going to happen. Looks like I'll have to give fedex a call tomorrow if nothing has changed. Heres the tracking, I have no idea whats going on. Hope they'll still have some mousse left when/if my bag arrives :cry:

Oh well.. everything is slow in Italy and Spain form the point of my own experience of living and working there. At Madrid, the lunch break is from 2pm to 5pm and I can't get my Asprin until then!ush:

So, I'm impatient and called fedex. Its stuck in customs (duh) BUT Fedex has been in contact with the recipient (LVR) so...wtf? LVR better not give me any hassles over this. Or does LVR just take forever with everything!?

Hallelujiah - I am loving my mousse paddy - I have been using it all week, my carpal tunnel is killing me; but, I can't stop carrying the bag...I love it and I know you will too.
