When I am walking downtown in the city (more crime area) I usually put the handles on the crook of my arm, versus just holding the handle so that way no one can just snatch it.

I recently said my speedy was squeaky at the handles and Shopaholic_Tasha suggested taking it to a boutique so they can apply some wax but I live no where near a boutique, thats why I had to order it online BUT I tried a home remedy by lighting a tea light and dipping a needle or stretched out safety pin into the melted wax and just pushing it through the gaps on the handles. It's quite easy to do! It seems only one of the handles was quite tight, the other one was fine. So I recommend this to people unable to go to a boutique!
