DF and I were in Vegas this past weekend :graucho: and after a lot of shopping (and eating) DF got me this:

I actually went to Cartier and tried on the Love cuff and bracelet, but I didn't like the look of two Loves stacked with each other - it looked like one giant, thick bracelet on me. The VCA perlee went very well with the Love because it stood out more on my wrist thanks to the perlee border, but because of the $5800+ price tag, the perlee would have to be a future purchase. I went to Hermes and tried on the Clic-Clac without expecting much, but to my (and DF's) surprise (he wasn't a big fan of the bracelet before) the two looked great together!! I was debating between black or white but DF thought the white enamel went better with the MoP! He has such good taste ;)

I know this is a silly question but do you get your VCA wet at all? Or do you avoid contact with water etc entirely? I know it's mother of pearl, but do they glaze or coat it with anything?

I get it wet all the time. Every time I wash my hands, I get water on it. I don't think they coat it, but my SA said it's no problem - just pat it dry after it comes in contact with water. I don't wear it to the pool/beach.

Haha :p Thank you! I finally think my right arm is complete. I am a little nervous about one damaging the other but I just don't like the look of the Love solo and the sweet wasn't doing it for me.

Awww thanks ame!!! I agree - it's really pricey for what it is since it's only plated gold and enamel, but then what don't we overpay for these days??

Awwww well Jewelry is meant to be worn and nothing you can't fix anyways right?

I have to ask though... are you right or left handed? I'm not sure if I'm ready to commit my dominant arm to anything so permanent like the love... but then not a fan of it on my left hand with the color tone... i'm fussy.
