OMG!!!! I am in shock!!!

I cannot believe this worked!! It looks beautiful, and you are so fortunate....bleach destroys silk proteins, I wonder if the tannins in the tea somehow neutrailzed the bleach???? I have seen bleached silk disintegrate.....though you can use hydrogen peroxide on silk safely...

oh well, the main thing is, the final result is lovely. The colors look very rich and the overall effect is fabulous!! Contratulations....

P.S. do you now which pattern the scarf is? Also, did the pleats leave a scar when you ironed them out?? How did that all work out?

very curious....LOL!

it mite be the ceil one that seton mentioned. the hermes is lettered kind of childish-like- large and appears hand done. it had starbursts sort of like a nite sky which i love but tired of the color combo in the scarf.
the pleats and marks were gone completely when ironed out.
im a bit tired- sorry idont know names! rose, dont kill me please!!!!
nite!
