it's the same as the foil method, except instead of wrapping your fingertips in foil, you slide on these little rubber finger grips that you can get from Walmart or office supply stores. it's quicker and easier than cutting out strips of foil, plus you can reuse them. we call it Reesa's method, after the lady who created the idea (always give credit where credit is due).
they look like this, but the ones i got at Walmart were blue and come in different sizes. they cost about $3-4.
