Yes, those are the nude Alti Pump 160. They are sold out everywhere, but if you call the CL boutique at South Coast Plaza, you can get on the wait list for the 140.

I'm not Laureen but the numbers refer to the heel height 140mm is 5.5 inches, and the 160mm is 6 inches.
