I can't find the receipt from NAP and

need to get something replaced on the Chole bag I bought from them. Will NAP have a record of my purchase and issue a replacement bill? Chole boutique is asking for a proof of purchase!!! I don't know what to do?!

i'm sure they will. just give them a call or send them an email. also, can't you look up your purchase online using your account?
