I can only have one so please help me choose! Chanel GST or Trevi PM...

Hi TPF friends! DH says I can get one bag for Valentines day. I am choosing between Trevi PM and Chanel GST black with SHW. If you were in my shoes, which would you rather have? I am fond of shoulder carried bags so either one would work for me. Those who have either one or both, please share the pros and cons. Thank you!

I have that exact Chanel bag, and I don't use it very much. It is bulky under the arm because the base sticks out. Just want to make sure you have tried on both bags to see how they work for you. Good luck with your decision.

Seriously, I can't believe the responses so far! GST hands down!!!

It's timeless, more versatile... can be casual or dressy. It's elegant. Understated. Your choice of SHW is perfect. They are perfect totes, perfect size. I just find the Trevi a bit matronly-looking and too structured for me. Never been a fan. Good luck deciding!!
