I bought a 4,500 bag from justbag.net???

was I scammed?
I don’t know how I did it. I rarely shop on poshmark and when I do it’s usually for odd stuff. I never got into the designer world and like what I like.

I went to use my debit card yesterday and it was declined. I didn’t really panic because I figured it was the machine. Well there was a pending transaction for 4,500 from a seller justbag.net. I have never! In a panic went to the bank…. Nothing can be done. Poshmark doesn’t have a working phone and when I got a reply I’m told that the purchase came from my ip addresses. I swear I didn’t purchase this purse. My husband didn’t purchase this bogetta veneta business tote either. Did I roll on my phone? Poshmark is linked to PayPal but you have to click buy and then go to the next page to confirm. I did not , could not. Could I? I hope I do t have trouble returning and refunded.

It will kind of be different having something so precious for a short amount of time.

Don't follow. Are you saying you shopped on Poshmark and justbag.net is a seller there that was selling a bag (bags?) that they think you purchased? If you didn't check out, how could this have taken place?

"When I got a reply"--From whom? You said they weren't reachable by phone. Do you have an email chain with Poshmark? or justbag.net?

"I'm told that purchase came from my ip addresses" isn't a thing--there are steps to go through to buy on Poshmark.

What do you mean by the bank said "nothing can be done"? What documentation did you give the bank of what happened? Why did they reject it?

I don't see how this took place magically. You twice suggest maybe you did do something to cause a purchase, so...maybe you did. As for recourse, whatever the Poshmark buyer protection is should be possible to figure out (as in, on their website).

Did you receive purchase confirmation email from Poshmark when the purchase was made?

DO NOT BUY FROM JUSTBAG UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! I made this account just to warn people they are a SCAM!!! They posted photos of a different bag than the one they sent me and mine was FAKE. The bag in the photo looked new. The leather on mine was cracked and dark and there were dirt marks on it. ALSO there was a shoulder pad that is supposed to be adjustable and mine was GLUED ON!!! And they refuse to give me a refund.. I am currently in the process of trying to get my money back but they are accusing me of gluing on the strap?? Why the hell would I do that. This company is...

They are doing the bait and switch. They still are listing the bag I bought! So I have evidence that they did not send me the one that I bought. Check and see if the bag you bought is still listed. Do you have photos of the website page that shows the bag you bought, if so you can you compare it to the bag they sent- They are committing fraud. I had the same experience and I didn't pick it up in time for my credit card company to dispute and give my money back. Remember this is illegal. If you paid with paypal and it went on a credit card-than file a dispute immediately with your credit card company. Provide photographs of the bag that you bought and the one you received.

I think she was saying she doesn’t remember even purchasing anything from them. Did you purchase directly from their site or from poshmark?

You’ve been the victim of fraud. Report the charge to your bank as unauthorized, cancel or freeze your debit card, change your Poshmark and PayPal passwords, and enable two-factor authentication. Keep records of all communications with Poshmark and monitor your accounts for any further suspicious activity.
