I can't travel until 2022 So I will be crazy from time to time
My Thanksgiving meal will be a Culture mix. But have not had any ideas to cook yet.

I’m in crazy mode too because of SIP. That’s why I try to do or cook something fun . My next week project will be setting up the Christmas tree and lights then prepare Thanksgiving meals

Thank you @hokatie i got Banh Xeo Vinh Thuan packages, they were so good and the wok did the magic. Everyone were happy and they were line up their dish to wait for the fresh one just made. No one want to wait for me to set up the table. So I was the one who ate last and this were my tray with my hands

My weakness is ice cream with strawberries. So my DD ordered one for me with strawberries , and then one for DH with oreos and had them delivered. Each container is 1.5 quarts(3 pints), so they're just enough for me and my DH!
