Boy, this bowl of “oatmeal” looks healthy and delicious!!!
Special thanks to all the phenomenal yumminess at The Willard Intercontinental hotel in DC! Outrageously great food & atmosphere[emoji177]... crab appetizer, chicken with goat cheese, spinach etc & dessert pastry/ice cream. Happy Friday y'all!

Thanks sweetest friends...we had a GREAT time & the food was even better than how it looked in the pics.
@Iamminda & I probably easily gained 5 lbs!!! Although we walked our "fannies" off....i took pics of my iwatch at the end of each day (as it tracked our mileage/steps/calories burned) because we walked everywhere / didn't take any taxi rides throughout City...so hopefully that helped for when i do weigh myself tomorrow

Looks delicious! It’s a great that your BFF has a DH who cooks.
Just a quick lunch at a fusion place. Miso coconut braised shredded pork, arugula, wonton chip and garlic aioli served with fried garlic rice “buns”. And waffle fries topped with minced Korean bbq beef, kimchi, red sauce, Japanese mayo and green onions.
