So I didn't know what Louboutins really were a month ago and now I'm hooked.

My first purchase was an ebay find (an amazing deal): Nude Alta Perla!
I do need to find a cobbler to shorten the straps but I love them. They'll be perfect for all the summer weddings I need to attend.

I decided to make my second pair a staple, patent black you yous. These are probably my favorite pair of my 4. They fit perfectly (even better than my other you yous) and I love the red sole contrast. Thus far they are the only pair I've worn in the wild.

My newest and final 2 pairs to date come this week. I wrote a poem for them.

Twas the day of delivery, when all through the house
anticipation was mounting, except for the spouse.
The leg were shaven and prepared with care,
In hopes that the dear UPS man soon would be there.

The guinea pigs were nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of lettuce danced in their heads.
They did not care what wonders would arrive
When the magic brown truck would pull up the drive

When out on the lawn there arose such a roar,
I ran to the door so I could see more.
The knock at the door was such a wonderous sound
as I finally laid eyes on the louboutins I found.

The first of the pair was a shiney red peep toe
for so long I've lusted for a heel not so low
The next pair was simple and a color of nude
I hope my dear UPS man did not think I'm rude

Now I await in the house all alone
for my dear hubby to get home
We need to go out, I'll wear my new shoes
So all can see the wonder that is you yous.

Pair 3 is a pair of Rouge You Yous I found on ebay. I saw a patent red (nonmetallic) I sort of liked, ran a search and discovered rouge. I'm in love! I've wanted a pair of red high heels for sooo long and have never been able to find any I loved. The 100mm is a bit tall but I'll learn .

Last but not least, 70mm Patent Nude Simples. I love them but still wonder if I should return and get 85mm. On the plus side the 70 is much easier for full time wear, but I like the look of 85 better... what to do...

Love the simples in nude! I have nude simple 100s and they are such a staple shoe. You can dress them up or down.

I love the look of the simple nudes. I like them with jeans a lot more than I thought I would. I need to break them in a little though.

I saw the you yous in white patent on mytheresa! they are gorgeous like the black patent ones and i am thinking to get them one day.
