How well does ostrich wear?

Hello,

With the ostrich bags looking set to sky-rocket even further in price, I'm contemplating getting one next month in the sale (while it's still barely within reach if I sell a few things). It would be my most expensive bag and I'd want it to wear well, but I have no experience of ostrich and whether it's durable or not.

Could any ladies on here who have ostrich share their experience. Does it feel nice? Is it hard-wearing? Or more like lambskin?

Hi,

I have the ostrich kite tote. It's a very soft leather that becomes prettier every day. I treat it like a baby so no rain. Once in the 2 weeks I spray it with collonil rustic spray. If you have more questions please ask

Do you think it's durable? ie would it scuff easily?
