Thanks Elaine! It is just a bias fold and draped. This particular scarf has been worn a ton and washed so it’s less stiff (super soft!) than a brand new scarf. Pretty much stays put and didn’t move too much yesterday! It was my first time trying the bias fold with a turtleneck. Usually I just wear long necklaces for turtlenecks but I think it paired well.
Thanks Bova! I just replied to Elaine - it’s an oldie that’s super soft now. I had no issues like I do with brand new scarves. Thinking back though, when I go bias fold with a stiffer scarf, I just check it through the day by holding the ends. Usually I just wear them to work so I’m either at my desk or sitting in a meeting - not too afraid of losing it.

I've had a chance to wear more 90's this winter, and like this variation on a cowboy knot. You can kind of dress it up or down a little depending on the scarf and the other things you are wearing:
