How to upload pictures?? PLS HELP

on your camera, choose vga setting (resolutiong for viewing on the web, not for printing on photo paper). then take your picture.
transfer the pics to the pictures folder.
to post, choose Go Advanced then choose manage attachments.
click on Choose File (from the pictures folder) then click on the file. then click upload.
