How to undo a BIN?

I have an item listed as a BIN on the bay and it just sold a few minutes ago. However, the buyer just messaged me to say he was browsing for his wife and it was a mistake.

What on earth? Isn't there a two step process to go through for BIN confirmation?

More importantly, how do I undo this and get my item back up for sale ASAP without losing more fees?

You can go to the resolution center and do a mutual cancellation. The buyer has to agree and then you get your fees back and you can relist.

You should ask the buyer to agree to cancel the transaction.
(...in order to get a refund of the seller's fee).

then just relist the item.

Do you have to cancel the transaction now? If the buyer went through the whole clicking process to BIN it and it's considered "sold" under Ebay (you don't have your listing set to not be considered sold until the buyer pays), then I think you will have to cancel the transaction.

Ugh... I hate it when people do this. You have to confirm like a zillion different things before you actually BIN...
