How to tone my abs?

  1. crunches and I swear by it. I started out doing 3 sets of 40 everyday and within a few weeks i was able to increase it to like 5-8 sets of 100.

    They are so easy to do, and it takes barely any time and less if you're doing lower sets/reps.

    Just doing this 2-3 months I managed to get visible abs when flexing, but the downside to this is, you can only get like a 4 lean pack max because it only works out your upper abs.
