how to tell card authentic?

Hello i was just looking at this auction and thinking. Is the authentication card supposed to have a little sticking looking thing on the right top? here is the link. the bag looks great but i'm learning about looking for authenticy in the cards etc and was just wondering. thanks!

Find the authenticity card. An authentic Chanel bag comes with one. This embossed card contains a serial number. If there's no card, if the card is not embossed or if there is no serial number included in the text, the bag is likely a knock-off.
