How to ship to Malasya?

I was wondering if you guys shipped internationally to Malasya what service do you use? And how much more money should I ask for shipping? Thanks!

try USPS or fedex/dhl?
i'm from indonesia, and i usually ask a seller to send my bags from USPS with tracking number. or DHL
