How to shine the monogram canvas on my Speedy?

Hi,
I recently acquired a used Louis Vuitton speedy! I love it. It is in newer condition but I feel the monogram part of the bag seems a little dingy/not very shiny. I am unsure if it is due to dryness. The bag doesnt really seem to be dirty but is there anything I can use on the monogram part of the bag to brighten/shine it up a little that wont damage the bag?? I have heard about Shining Monkey being used--has anyone else usd this on the monogram part? or have any suggestions?

I would just use a wet cloth on the canvas and see what happens from there.

There could also be problems with the glazing of the canvas if nothing works. LV can reglaze the bag for a fee.
