How to save my Prada Saffiano Lux Tote :(

I've had my Prada Saffiano Lux Tote for a year now and my bag just slumps as soon as there is something inside. It has creases along the sides, wrinkles around the top near the zipper and it gets worse every day do you have this problem too? Does anybody know how I can fix this or prevent it from getting worse?

I've taken it into my nearest Prada store but they've told me that there is nothing they can do about it

Might post this in the Prada sub-forum ... Although in my opinion it looks like you've carried a lot of heavy things in this bag ...

From my experience, leather does, over time, reflect what you've been putting in it so if it's been stretched out/wrinkled it's pretty dang hard to get it back to its original shape. For the sagging at the bottom of the bag, you could try putting in a stiff plastic/leather board.

I think it still looks beautiful. A base for the bottom should help with sagging.

What base are you referring to? I was thinking of ordering a base shaper or purseket hoping it will help mine.
