how to read date codes

I hope you will excuse yet another LV virgin question...

How do you translate the date codes? I know how to read the coded dates tattooed on my greyhounds' ears, but I can't figure out the LV. Can you help?

The 1st and 3rd number is the month and the 2nd and the 4th number is the year the bag was made.
