How to get rid of Value pack? "SAVE -$0.05"

I just realized that ebay's value pack costs the same as before: Save NEGATIVE $0.05 and there is no way for me to uncheck it!!!!! help!

I just talked with live help, and they said that all value packs cost the same now despite the free gallery changes, so you lose money if you get value pack. Unfortunately I didn't choose value pack, it just gets "upgraded" automatically whenever you choose those 3 things:
gallery
listing designer
subtitle.

So be careful, you might get charged that too, and have to talk to live help, ugh.
