How to get rid of a indentation/crease on monogram canvas?

Hello,

I recently exchanged a monogram key pouch and I immediately saw a indentation/ crease on the canvas. LV won't exchange it via mail Bc it passed the 30 day policy. They told me I need to take it to a store, but I don't have a store close to me. They told me that it is normal and will go away with use. Well it's been bugging me and I was wondering if I can get rid of the indentation/crease?

Stuff it or start using it. The crease should disappear eventually.

The crease actually came out. I've been using and abusing for a solid year.

Basically! I use and abuse the key chain. Thrown to the floor, stuffed to the max with keys.
