I appears that they do not list direct store numbers anymore. I am getting (702) 765-5505 which takes me to Chanel call center. They are making me wait until someone calls me. Anyone know the direct number?

I do not have a direct number, but someone will call you back. I received a callback about 2 days after my call.

Perhaps check the SA request thread for an SA at that store? Then you can text someone directly.
