OK... so I found a solution. I put a bunch of fabric scraps inside the bag & let it sit for a couple of days. All of the folds have popped out, for the most part. Unfortunately, the top flap is still a little bent, which makes zipping the bag rather difficult. I do really like this bag, but I don't think I would get another one, due to the zipper. Straight zippers are so much easier.

I love how the top is shaped but actually using the zipper is a pain IMO. I prefer my Rocco over my Rockie.

I did the same..I stuffed papers instead but the top flap is still a little bent and YES! with the zipper issue! I leave it unzipped for most of the time because of that!

Lol. That makes me feel better that I'm not the only one having zipper issues. I think I might try bending the top flap backwards and putting a headband around it to hold it there for a while... I actually did that with another bag that had a piece of leather going a direction I didn't want it to go, & it worked! Here's to hoping...

I was disappointed to receive the bag folded which caused the folds..sort of a bad experience! Your idea sounds good! Might try it too lol here's to hoping!
