Found this tidbit elsewhere:

If you are trying to find out what an item sold for when it was sold on Best Offer on eBay:

Go to the original listing, near where the item report item link is, is an option to print the listing. Hit that. You must be logged in to see the Print link.

Interesting. Thanks for that.

I don't understand why you can see what the offers were on unsold completed listings but not for items actually sold. You'd think it would be the other way round. Never mind!

Helpful, thanks! Really hate some of the changes that ebay made recently with the new layout, and this was one of them.

Oh wow! This is a brilliant tip. Thank you so much for sharing, noshoepolish!

If a seller has quantity 6 available, and they have sold 2 by Best Offer (same listing), with quantity 4 remaining in the active listing, is there any way to see what those 2 sold for?

is there anyway to see what offers were declined?

Yes, there is, but only after the item has ended completely, whether single quantity or multiple.

At the site mentioned earlier (http://www.watchcount.com), after you drop the item number into the search field to show the BO price, there's usually a History link nearby which shows the earlier declined offer amounts. Can come in handy sometimes, especially if ya follow and get to know a particular seller over time.

The caveat is that that item history link won't show the declined prices until the listing is fully sold, such as with multiple quantity items. (I don't know of any way to get what jojon21 is after.)
