Thank you!! Feel free to share if there is a specific leather/sneaker cleaner you like! I will order one today!I would not use alcohol unless it is necessary. It can be a little strong and can strip off protective coatings or potentially breakdown the material over time.
However, there are some things that only alcohol can remove such as oil stains and vomit.
I would try to use a standard sneaker cleaner for the white rubber or rubberized parts.
I use a leather cleaner for the white leather parts.
One of my SAs recommended Mr. Clean Magic Eraser, but I never used it.
Thank you, I will get this too! I also went ahead and ordered a RESHOEVN8R sneaker cleaner based on some good reviews. One of my SAs recommended Mr. Clean Magic Eraser, but I never used it.
Lol this is true. I definitely used Mr. Clean before to get some marker stains off of my walls. Life with two little boys.DEFINITELY that them before wearing, makes clean up easier. I use a soft clean cloth with a little soap and work on the spot slowly, waiting for it to dry before deciding if I need to keep cleaning. But I'm pretty careful with my expensive sneakers that aren't full leather.
Mr. Clean is SO magical that it scares me to use on my expensive goods, I mean it removes ink and paint and stuff, lol
Seems harsh!
Sounds like something I need. I like that it can be used on jackets, coats, etc.I'm a fan of the Angelus Easy Cleaner. I can use this on a number of shoes, which makes it really useful!
Saphir has an entire range of sneaker care!
Feedback online seems pretty positive across the range and easily available.

Oh good to know, thank you! I almost always have baby wipes with me since I have a one-year-old!Just wanted to throw out another idea - for dirt marks (so typically not heavy stains), I find that baby wipes (i.e. wet wipes formulated for babies) have been very useful for me, especially as you can throw a small packet in your bag/suitcase for care on the go, and frequent care helps marks from "setting in". If you need some more liquid for lubrication I use a spray bottle filled with filtered water.
Leather parts are easier, and I am very gentle on fabric areas, but overall I find the wipes help. For more heavy duty sneakers I use traditional surface wipes. When I am feeling brave I also use a clear leather balm to help nourish any crease marks.
Of course, YMMV!
