I brought my Empreinte Montaigne GM this weekend for repair that I bought preloved years ago from a woman in France. Luckily she also sent her receipt but crossed out her name and number. The glazing on my handles were horrendous and they said since I had the original receipt they would give me store credit. I was sad to lose my fave bag, but I quickly got over that once I had my new items home!
So they took your bag and give you store credit? And you bought other items with the store credit? Sorry, just wanted to clarify. Thanks!
Yes, but I had to use the full store credit in one transaction. I couldn’t use part and save some.
