Galet can be dress up or down, but for Noix, I think it's more down to earth.

I may be a bit biased since I just bought a noix and LOVE it! I was also deciding between the two. For me the noix is more neutral and goes with almost everything!! ahh tough choice! The Galet is also stunning.
