how to cancel a bidder's bid

Hey all,

I did a search but couldn't come up with anything...

How do I as the seller, cancel a bidder's bid? Someone bid on my item without having a paypal account and now is saying she can't open one and I won't accept any other type of payment. Is it possible to cancel her bid?
