How pink the van Cleef’s rose gold?

I get so distracted every time in Van Cleef that I’ve never managed to notice how pink the rose gold is compared to yellow gold?

I mostly wear yellow gold jewelry (mostly from cartier) and mixed metals (white gold and yellow gold mix)

I recently purchased the vintage alhrambra necklace in onyx and sweet earrings also in onyx.

I’m contemplating purchasing the sweet alhrambra in hammered rose gold necklace but was wondering whether it would clash too much to wear with yellow gold jewelry/ to pair with the onyx pieces (which are in yellow gold)? I would be grateful if there’s any comparison pictures between the rose gold and yellow gold and whether in your view it clashes too much?

VCA pink gold is definitely pink, but it doesn’t stand out all that much on the smaller pieces. You can see the difference if it is directly next to YG, but it is personal preference if you like the look. I’ve seen some gorgeous pink and yellow mixed bracelet stacks.

I personally like the sweet size PG next to the YG, and I like my mini RG frivole mirror with my YG pendants. When you start getting to VA size, then the PG starts to look really pink imo.

I usually go for one pendant vs stacked, but here are a few of my PG sweet and YG VA together. VA is on a 2” extender I believe.

Thank you so much! Definitely see what you mean - it’s not that noticeable but is definitely more “pink”. I love your tiger eye necklace it’s so lovely! I tried to get tiger eye while I was in Japan but none of the boutique had any stock - hence ended up getting the onyx instead (which I do like but there’s something special about tiger eye)

Aw thanks! I absolutely love tiger’s eye. It was my first piece and is still so special to me - the gold striations are amazing in real life :)

I love the colour of tiger eye and in my view it’s fairly neutral (I wear a lot of beige black and brown). Hopefully I can get my hands on a piece one day! I’m thinking between the sweet alhrambra in rose gold or sweet carnelian to stack with the onyx vintage alhrambra but just not sure if it goes together
