I don't think it matters, I would wear it even if I turn 60. It's not about the age, it's about the confidence and attitude.

although i understand there is no age limit to wear any bags, i don't think i will wear my mini MAC after 50. full size MACs with double chain on the shoulder, MAMs/MABs and Nikkis will still look fine on me and i picture i'll probably wear a Burberry satchel.

I own a wine mini mini MAM old school when it was very popular with the black and white flower design inside. I have lots of RM's bags such as a bright yellow fling with gold studs.

Late 30's here and just ordered the mini mac. I'm new to RM bags and plan to use this when I want to carry just my essentials and wear cross body. I can't imagine why age would matter with this bag.
