I need opinions. I just bought the Selena bond bag in wine with the crystal embellishments. I didnt get it from the Coach online sale in time so I bought it off ebay. Now on the Coach sale it was $190 and I got it for $180. The lady said it had no blemishes. I received it and its beautiful. It does have a few scratches here and there. The front looks awesome. But the metal feet are scratched and distorted. Seems to me like it might have been a floor display or something. I can kind of see a faded Macys tag so who knows. Would you keep it for how much I paid? TIA

If you really love the bag then is worth is price, if the few flaws on the bag bothers you then order the one from the Coach site so you can have both on your hands and decide, maybe the one from coach is 10dls more but in perfect condition, or they are both the same and the one from ebay is a better deal

How much effort is saving $10 worth?
Is the bag easily returnable? Can you get your money back? Are the scratches something that is going to appear with a new bag anyway? Are you guaranteed to be able to purchase one from Coach? Are they still available? If the price is much higher at Coach now, how much is it worth paying just to avoid a few scratches that might occur anyway?

I must agree, that for a $10 difference, it doesn't seem worth the hassle. However, Coach is great about maintenance on their bags. Is it possible you can take the bag into a boutique and inquire about repairing the feet? I think they should be able to tackle the blemishes as well.

I am not sure that repairs always go that well. Many stores are only equipped to do a few things, and other things they want to send the bag in--which has mixed results for many that have tried it.

Oh no! That's unfortunate. I've used the Coach services twice on two different bags; the first just to have the exterior cleaned and a few scratches removed, and the second because the strap broke. Both of my experiences were really good.
