I think that would depend on several things; condition being a major factor. Other things to consider are is it still available through Hermes, or is it a discontinued leather and color? Of course, the seller's reputation is key and so is having it authenticated. I myself, have purchased a 12 year old bag but it was in perfect condition. I think you have to determine the price you are comfortable with.
